RR Shramik Self Bonding Enamelled Wires from RR Shramik bonds wire turns together without secondary impregnation (varnish/baking), reducing cycle time significantly. Three bonding methods: heat bonding (oven/hot air), solvent bonding (chemical), and resistance bonding (current through conductor). Bondable over Classes 130–200 with Epoxy, Polyamide, or Aromatic Polyamide outer layer. Used in power tool armature coils, TV yoke coils, miniature coils, and AC compressors. Grades 1B/2B, 0.20–1.00 mm. Price on enquiry.
